TWO WAYS TO WORK WITH ME

I help children feel heard in family transition,
and I help young people become leaders before anyone gives them permission.

Some people come here because their family is moving through divorce and a child needs someone to uplift their voice. Others come because they’re ready to build something earlier than the world expects.

I help make success possible for both.

What people are saying

Cayden helped us see something that feels obvious once you hear it. Listening to him was incredibly eye-opening…I know so many people who have gone through divorce, but we’ve never really stopped to ask how the child is experiencing it or what they want. He so naturally kept my child at the center of every conversation while still making us feel supported rather than blamed.

I was always inspired seeing everything Cayden does on Instagram, so I was excited when my dad supported me working with him as a mentor before applying to college. Before that, I didn’t really know what I wanted to do or even who I was yet, but Cayden has this unreal way of helping you find your “why.”

Frequently Asked Questions

A few helpful answers.

Are these two separate offers? +
Yes—they support two different kinds of situations. One is for families navigating divorce, custody transitions, or other family changes that affect a child. The other is for young people who want guidance as they grow into leadership, advocacy, confidence, public voice, and early career direction.
How do I know which path fits my situation? +
A simple way to think about it: if your main concern involves the voice of a child, co-parenting, divorce, or a family transition, Child Voice in Divorce Consulting is likely the right path for you. If you are, or know of, a young person looking for guidance around leadership, public speaking, career readiness, or building a platform, Mentorship could be a great fit.
What happens after I fill out the form? +
Once your message comes through, it’s reviewed carefully and within a few days you’ll hear back about possible next steps, fit, and what kind of support might make the most sense for you.
Can family support include the parent too, or only the child? +
It can include both. Sometimes a child needs a steady place to talk. Other times the adults need better inclusion plans, clearer perspective, or help approaching a transition more thoughtfully. Every family situation is different, and the support adjusts to that.
Is mentorship only for activists? +
Not at all. Many young people come looking for help becoming better communicators, stronger applicants, more confident team-members, and more prepared leaders. Advocacy is often part of that journey, but it doesn’t have to be your ethos.
Do you provide legal advice or therapy? +
No! It is important to note that this is an offer of consulting and mentorship support. It’s designed to complement—not replace—legal representation, licensed therapy, or clinical care.
Can I reach out even if I am not fully sure what I need yet? +
Absolutely! That’s actually very common. Many people reach out thinking they’re ready, and part of what I’ll show you is that there’s always another level to grow into. Get out of your head and just start! After all, the whole idea here is to “Stop Asking for Permission.”
